This "classic" jacket  was sold by Montgomery Ward in the early 1950's.  The red lining was very typical of this era.

The back of the "50's" style jackets was usually characterized with the metal studs at the bottom and the horizontal seem between the shoulder blades.

Another 50's jacket.  This one has a gray lining and is known to be sold around 1956.
